Vice President of Operations- Long Term Care

The Vice President of Operations - Long Term Care is responsible for overseeing the operational success and compliance of long-term care facilities. This role ensures quality service delivery, financial sustainability, and effective staff management while driving strategic initiatives and mitigating risks within the care environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of long-term care facilities ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage financial planning and budgeting to optimize resource allocation
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain high performance and engagement
• Implement quality assurance programs to enhance patient care standards
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
• Establish and enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Identify and manage operational risks proactively
• Monitor and manage budgets to meet financial targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in long term care operations
