Site Safety Coordinator - Data Center Construction

SafeSite Solutions is currently hiring experienced Site Safety Coordinators for an upcoming Data Center construction project in Arizona.
This is a long-term opportunity supporting a high-profile mission critical project environment. We are seeking safety professionals who are dependable, proactive, and experienced in fast-paced construction settings.
Position Details
- Position: Site Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Enforce site-specific and OSHA safety policies
- Conduct daily site audits and inspections
- Maintain safety documentation and reports
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Coordinate with site leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Stop unsafe work when necessary
Requirements
- Previous construction safety experience required
- Data center experience preferred
- OSHA 30 required
- OSHA 500/510 required
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work long hours in active construction environments
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience
- Mission critical/data center projects
- Electrical and mechanical construction environments
- High-volume subcontractor coordination
- Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms
Compensation
