Domestic violence advocacy organization serving rural Hispanic/Latino clients is seeking a compassionate, bilingual individual to support survivors on their journey from crisis to safety and healing..Your bilingual fluency in Spanish and English—both spoken and written—will be essential to ensure culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for clients whose voices too often go unheard.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide direct support to Hispanic clients, e.g., safety planning, crisis intervention, &advocacy.
•Assist clients with interpreting & translating documents, e.g., legal & medicalpaperwork.
•Accompany clients to court proceedings and other critical appointments.
•Help clients access community resources such as housing, healthcare, immigrationservices, and employment support.
•Conduct outreach to build trust and raise awareness of MSCFV’s services in Hispaniccommunities across the Mid-Shore region.
•Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case documentation.

Requirements:
•Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or arelated field.
•Passion for social justice and supporting survivors of domestic violence.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
•Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
•Full-time, on-site position in Easton, MD (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week).
