Senior Administrative Support

We are seeking a Senior Level Administrative Support person to join our fast-growing company. This person will perform administrative tasks and will be trained to administer services for multiple companies. We are a fast-growing company that is expanding our internal staff and looking for individuals who want to grow with the company. Initial Responsibilities: Office administrative or related field skills

Ability to understand customers’ needs and think ahead

Ability to problem solve

Ability to see a project through to the end

Complete tasks within the allotted timeframe

Ability to use dual monitors

After Training period: Administrating for multiple clients

Customer servicing and building relationships

Scheduling / Dispatching

Reporting

Qualifications Needed: Eagerness to learn

Strong Data Entry skills

Strong Attention to Detail

Proficient in Word / Excel / Adobe

Knowledge of Google Docs

Excellent written / verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Willingness to ask questions

The following knowledge is a plus: Drug & Alcohol program management

Knowledge/Understanding/Administration as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA)
