CDL Class A Truck Driver (OTR / Regional / Local)

Blanche Gilder Logistic Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a safety-conscious professional who is committed to delivering freight on time while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with all DOT regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Transport goods efficiently and meet delivery schedules
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding loads and routes
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Minimum [6 months / 1 year / 2 years] experience preferred
• Ability to pass DOT drug test and physical
• Strong communication and time management skills

Hiring Process

As part of our hiring process, selected applicants will be required to:

• Provide three (3) references
• Successfully complete a background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these pre-employment requirements.

Compensation:

• Weekly pay
• Driver compensation is based on 25% of the weekly gross revenue generated by the truck/load assignments.

Example:
If the truck grosses $5,000 in one week, the driver’s pay at 25% commission would be $1,250 for that week.
