Sales and Operations Laison

World class sail making group seeks talented high energy individual to coordinate service, sales and assist principals. Successful candidate will have the following abilities & attributes:

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
• Computer literate; MS Outlook, Word & Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of sailing, sailboats and their terminology
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Sailing and Sailboats a must

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Meet & Greet customers
• Coordinate service flow to and from sail loft
• Operate cloud based service order & inventory system
• Assist coordination of Front Line Staff & Lead Sailmaker | Designer
• Maintain calendar for GM, LS, and customer sail pickups, drop offs and service visits
• Facilitate customer payments prior to release of sails
• General office duties
• Sailing on Customers sailboats
