BHT Manager

Our company provides counseling services as well as 24 hour direction, oversight, monitoring, and education to mental health residents in a residential setting. We have over 20 years of history as a recognized name in the field providing these services to our members. We are currently looking to expand and are looking for Talented individuals who are able to perform the following daily activities with 10 members in a residential setting:

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6AM to 6PM with opportunity for additional shifts and overtime

• Monitor, Manage, and assist in the administration of medication for residents
• Ensure residents have access to medications by following up with providers for prescriptions
• Hold facility meets with clients to provide ongoing education of symptoms and skills
• Interact with clients confidently and calmly to ensure they meet their daily goals
• Monitor clients and maintain clear organized shift notes/progress notes of clients
• Participate in medical appointments with clients and provide ongoing details
• Transport clients to and from medical appointments if needed
• Maintain a budget for your facility, monitor facility conditions and notify administration of any upkeep requirements.
• Keep and maintain an organized medical record for each client
• Assist with cooking and cleaning of the facility

Requirements for the position:

• 18 Years or Older
• US Citizenship or proof of your ability to work in The United States
• Valid Drivers license (clean driving record preferred)
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to pass a finger print clearance or current/valid Finger Print Clearance care
