Cooks and Cashiers

We are seeking a Cooks And Cashiers to join our dedicated kitchen and front staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our kitchen.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Take orders from guests
• Ring in orders on POS system
• Ensure orders are correct before handing out
• Cash handling
• Sweep, mop, clean and sanitize dining room, clean restrooms, empty trash cans, plus more

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking preferred, but not necessary
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to count money
• Listening skills required
• Friendly attitude
• Open availability a must
