Restaurant Director of Operations Business Development needed for growing Fast Casual Restaurant Group in the Atlanta area. This will be for a High Volume Fast Casual 20 unit restaurant chain. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for operations, accounting, administration, be tech savvy, understand marketing, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. This position will have a lot of growth and autonomy as it progresses.

Experience:

• 5-10 years minimum Multi Unit Director of Operations Experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adept knowledge of Multi Unit P and L's, marketing, accounting, business administration, .
• Servant leader mentality
• 30 million in annual revenue
• Managed 10-20 units
