Warehouse Forklift Operator

The Warehouse Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through safe forklift operation and effective material handling. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position involves managing inventory, performing equipment inspections, and facilitating order picking, loading, and unloading processes. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and participation in weekly equipment maintenance, with shifts available during the day or night.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse
• Manage inventory by accurately tracking and handling stock
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Conduct regular weekly equipment inspections and maintenance
• Handle materials efficiently for loading and unloading shipments
• Pick orders accurately to fulfill shipment requirements
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
