RN Supervisor - Full Time - The Madison Health and Rehab

The RN Supervisor at The Madison Health and Rehab leads a large nursing team, directly reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional care for both short-term rehab patients and long-term care residents. Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a nursing team of 15 or more staff members
• Oversee patient care for short-term rehab and long-term care populations
• Manage clinical incidents promptly and effectively
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and documentation
• Support communication between nursing staff and management
• Promote a collaborative and professional care environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong skills in patient care and clinical supervision
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities
