All City Towing is hiring motivated, professional, and customer-focused Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team.

No towing experience required — paid training is available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- Operate light-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently
- Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls
- Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement
- Complete digital paperwork and service documentation
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine checks
- Deliver professional customer service in stressful situations
Requirements
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Towing experience preferred but not required
