What You’ll Do

• Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and quality
• Work multiple stations (wings, grill, apps, expo) with confidence
• Keep a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
• Communicate with FOH and BOH to keep tickets flowing
• Step in wherever needed—team first, always

Kitchen Standards (Non-Negotiables)

• Show up on time and ready to work every shift
• Maintain a clean station throughout your shift—not just at close
• Complete all shift closing duties: stocked, cleaned, and ready for the next team
• Support the team during peak hours—no stepping away during rushes
