Food Service Manager - Front & Back of House (Multiple Concepts)

We’re looking for experienced Food Service Managers who know their way around both the front of house and the kitchen. If you’re a strong leader who loves great food, great people, and a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! We’re a growing restaurant group with three unique concepts. We are looking for shift managers and assistant managers with possible oppurtunities to move up into general management and multi-unit leadership as we continue to grow.

Looking for motivated individuals to:

• Lead our daily operations both in the front and back of house
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience every day
• Train, motivate, and manage staff
• Maintain quality standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service
• Assist with scheduling, ordering, and inventory control

In search or candidates with:

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach—comfortable jumping in wherever needed
• Passion for hospitality and great food
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
