Air Shield Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and energetic HVAC
Outbound Appointment Setter. We want someone who can help us grow our business by
connecting with potential customers over the phone. If you are a driven self-starter with a

What you’ll do:
%CF; Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
%CF; Generate new sales leads and set appointments for our sales and service teams.
%CF; Follow a prepared script, adapting it to the specific needs of each customer.
%CF; Engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs and effectively explain
how our services can benefit them.
%CF; Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
%CF; Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
%CF; Handle customer questions and concerns professionally

What you’ll bring:
%CF; Proven Experience: Prior experience in outbound appointment setting
environment is preferred.
%CF; Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear
and a confident speaking voice.
%CF; Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
%CF; Resilience: Motivation, persistence, and resilience when handling customer
objections.
%CF; Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
