Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the clinical schedule, coordinating; surgeons, clinical assistants, and our lab and technology treatment coordinator.

· Manage the Treatment plan: from greeting new patients to case completion, ensuring patient and referring doctor satisfaction.

· Manage all internal and external communications. Including Treatment Plan Presentations

· Lead the Team for Growth..Morning Huddles

Reporting to our Drs

Basic Responsibilities:

Discussing Finances with Patients and offering payment options.

A/R Management.

Tracking and following up on all incomplete treatment plans and case acceptance.

HIPAA compliance. All around professionalism.
