Seeking a high-energy Studio Manager to lead the launch and growth of the first Degree Wellness studio in Knoxville, TN. In this full-time, hands-on role, you will drive presales, convert leads into memberships, oversee daily operations, and build a strong, five-star service culture. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.

Degree Wellness is a modern wellness studio concept delivering a premier self-care experience in an inviting, upscale environment. Our mission is to empower communities to live happier, healthier lives with accessible, science-backed self-care solutions, supporting physical recovery, mental clarity, stress relief, and long-term performance. Our Knoxville studio will be the first Degree Wellness location in the Knoxville area.
