Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital link between Sales and Operations—helping streamline priority orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining high-touch customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with fulfillment, shipping, and logistics teams to expedite order processing
- Communicate clearly with customers via email, phone, or chat
- Audit order entries for accuracy and compliance
- Follow inventory control procedures and best practices
- Own continuous improvement and uphold high standards at every step
- Balance priorities, workflow, and changing needs with flexibility and initiative
- Work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
