About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our shop. You’ll create welcoming experiences for our customers, keep our space looking fresh, and help spread the stoke of surf/skate culture. If you love connecting with people and take pride in a well-organized, vibrant retail environment, this is your spot.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Sales
Greet and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm, answering questions about product features, pricing, and placement
Process transactions accurately at the register while maintaining friendly, efficient service
Share your knowledge of our products to help customers find exactly what they need
Merchandising & Operations
Maintain visually appealing displays that tell our brand story and drive sales
Stock shelves, counters, and tables to ensure products are readily available and beautifully presented
Price, tag, and label merchandise accurately
Keep the sales floor pristine—regular cleaning of shelves, counters, and displays
What You Bring
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
Solid math skills for handling cash and making change
Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication skills. Both chatting with customers and coordinating with the team
Genuine interest in surf/skate culture (bonus points, but not required!)
