Job Title: Caregiver – Adult Family Home

Location: Madison, WI

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and positive home environment. The ideal candidate will have patience, empathy, and a commitment to resident dignity and independence.

Responsibilities:

· Support with medication reminders and documentation (training provided).

· Prepare and serve meals according to resident needs and dietary guidelines.

· Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping.

· Provide companionship, engage residents in activities, and encourage independence.

· Monitor behaviors and provide redirection as needed

· Monitor and report any changes in resident health, mood, or behavior to the supervisor.

· Follow care plans and safety protocols, including emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

· Previous caregiving, CNA, or related experience preferred (will train the right candidate).

· Must be 18 years or older.

· Ability to pass background check and drug screening (per state regulations).

· Strong communication, patience, and enjoys helping others

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Schedule & Pay:

· Flexible shifts available: days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

· Competitive pay starting at $[16/hr.], based on experience.

· Overtime and holiday pay available.
