To be eligible you need to a C.D.L.:

Class B - with air Brake, Passenger and School endorsements.

Class C - (N1) - Passenger Endorsement You must be able to pass the NYC DOE background check.

Class "B" Permit - Passenger, School Air Brake endorsements
