Job Description
KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer. We’re seeking a community-connected, sales-driven individual to spearhead presale memberships and build local brand awareness before our grand opening. The ideal candidate is a local parent with strong neighborhood ties, active on social media, and energized by face-to-face engagement with families.
What You’ll Do
Drive presale memberships by prospecting, pitching, and closing families through in-person and digital outreach
Represent KidsUnited at community events, fairs, school open houses, PTA meetings, and family gatherings
Build relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce, daycares, pediatricians, and family-oriented businesses for cross-promotion and referrals
Actively engage Facebook Moms Groups, Nextdoor, and local parenting forums to generate leads and promote presale offers
Create and share social media content (posts, stories, videos) highlighting the KidsUnited experience
Host pop-up demo events in parks and community centers to showcase the program
Follow up on leads via phone, text, email, and in-person to convert interest into memberships
Track leads in CRM, report weekly on KPIs, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Serve as a brand ambassador – embody KidsUnited’s energy, warmth, and family-first values everywhere you go
What You Bring
Sales experience – proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close (membership, direct, or consultative sales preferred)
Local community connections – familiarity with Chamber of Commerce, school districts, and family networks in the area
Social media savvy – active on Facebook, Instagram, and local parent communities; comfortable generating leads online
Parent or family-oriented mindset – candidates who are parents themselves are strongly preferred (target families have children ages 1.5–9)
Outgoing personality – a natural connector comfortable approaching strangers, speaking to groups, and building rapport
Self-motivated & goal-driven – you thrive with targets and take ownership of results
Reliable transportation for local travel to events and outreach activities
Nice to Have
Background in youth athletics, coaching, or early childhood education
Experience with business networking groups (BNI, Rotary, etc.)
Soccer background; bilingual skills a plus
