You have to be able to:
- Perform vehicle diagnostic and determine the appropriate repair
- Follow installation and operating manuals
- Understand repair plans and execute
- Communicate effectively with company/service advisor
- Monitor repair time update team properly
- Read manufacturers diagrams and drawings
- Operate a variety of automotive tools
- Be a great learner
- Work with teammates
