Shift: Evening & Dinner Service

Position Summary

Lulu's Waikiki is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Pasta Cook to join our high-volume dinner kitchen team. This position is responsible for preparing and executing pasta dishes with speed, consistency, and attention to quality during some of the busiest dinner services in Waikiki. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all pasta dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation during high-volume dinner service.
• Ensure proper portioning and food handling procedures are followed.
• Set up and stock the pasta station before service.
• Communicate effectively with the Expo, Sous Chef, and fellow kitchen team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or pasta station experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic.
