Responsibilities
- Remove food from plates
- Wash/sanitize dishes, glasses, and tableware.
- Put away clean dishes.
- Sweep and mop floors
- Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
- Food prep and run deep fryer.
