Commercial Construction Superintendent - Mechanical
Job Description
Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing – an established, locally owned company proudly serving Central Texas since 1976 – is looking for a Mechanical Construction Superintendent to join its team.
We are looking for either a:
- Mid- or senior-level commercial Construction Superintendent in mechanical construction OR a
- Project Manager in mechanical construction with personnel management capability
The ideal Mechanical Construction Superintendent candidate will have:
- Customer management skills
- Familiarity with estimating (a plus but not required)
- Commercial building construction experience
- Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and manage job Foremen
- Professional skills including correspondence, spreadsheets and other software
- People management skills, including time management and issue resolution
