Service Coordinator / Account Manager

Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate need in our client support services for a Service Coordinator/Account Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Ensures quality, timely and efficient service is delivered to the client.
• Dispatches service requests and Requests For Proposals to vendors.
• Manages service requests from start to finish.
• Locate new vendors consistent with company policy.
• Reviews and approves vendor invoices.
• Support special projects as needed.
• Schedule Preventive Maintenance services with vendors and sites.
• Coordinate projects with outside vendors/contractors.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC is preferred, but not required.
• Has superior written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to establish relationships with vendors and client representatives.
• Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• This individual should be self-motivated and a quick learner.
