Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team, specializing in tankless water heaters and gas services. This role requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

• Install and set up equipment including tankless water heaters
• Perform routine maintenance and system testing
• Troubleshoot and repair appliance and gas line issues
• Conduct safety inspections ensuring compliance
• Provide customer support and service explanations
• Document all service work accurately
• Handle physical labor related to service tasks
• Travel regularly within the designated service area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
