Position Summary
Sunforce Solar is seeking motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, making it ideal for self-driven individuals who are comfortable talking to people and enjoy working outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods.
- Introduce homeowners to Sunforce Solar's products and services.
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants.
- Accurately collect customer information and enter appointment details into company systems.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Commission-only compensation structure.
- Earn commissions for each qualified appointment that results in a completed solar consultation and/or sale (compensation details provided during onboarding).
