Lead Teacher/ Assistant Teacher/Van Driver

We are seeking Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our organization! These individuals will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

We are also seeking a Van Driver to safely transport children between home, school, and the childcare facility using a van and/or small bus.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop/ Follow schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students
• Full-Time Morning shift 8am-4pm
• Full-Time Evening shift: 8pm-12am
• Split shift is 1:30pm to 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
