We are looking for individuals with a background in fine dining who understand the art of service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Position Overview
As a Server at Carlisles, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and sophisticated dining experience. This role requires strong menu knowledge, confidence in guest interaction, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and refined table service
- Guide guests through menu selections, including food, wine, and cocktails
- Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation
- Execute proper service standards, including timing, pacing, and table maintenance
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications
- 2+ years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
