Law Firm specializing in commercial collections and construction law seeks candidate with experience and knowledge of the court system and e-filing. Will be responsible for filing many pleading including garnishments. Needs good communication skills as will be in contact with clients and courts. We use CLS software which would help to have knowledge of but will train.
