Shift Manager

We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Service and Kitchen teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise teams to insure proper service levels and food quality are delivered to our guests in a timely fashion
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Coordinate ordering of food and ingredients from vendors, create prep lists of food for internal use
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Previous experience in retail-food, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
