This energetic role requires a proactive approach to guest relations, seamless management of reservations, and efficient handling of front desk operations. You will be instrumental in creating a positive, memorable stay for our guests while maintaining smooth hotel functions. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
• Manage reservations accurately using property management systems (PMS).
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly
• Uphold hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and incident reporting, to ensure guest and staff safety at all times
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests while ensuring data privacy and security
• Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management review

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and phone etiquette standards
• Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred
• Previous work in resort settings or hotels with high guest volume is advantageous
