We are seeking qualified RV Sales Associates who are dedicated to delivering quality service and contributing to our ongoing success. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, customer relations expertise, and a solid understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their RV needs and preferences
• Present and explain the features and benefits of various Airstream RV models
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to address customer questions accurately
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Ability to develop rapport and trust with customers
• Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of recreational vehicles and Airstream products
• Previous experience in RV sales or related automotive sales
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills
