We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or community.
• Support clients with long-term care needs, including those requiring specialized attention.

Skills

• Experience in group home settings or social work is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of patient care practices, particularly in senior care environments.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
• Understanding of medication administration guidelines and long-term care principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
