Responsibilities:
- Appear at WCAB hearings well prepared to address all issues at hand.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Communicate with clients as needed.
- Completing PTCS.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal or hearing representative role is required.
- Strong understanding of Workers Comp law and WCAB hearing procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
