Missy Hitz, BS LMT built this practice from a solo home office to a sought-after bayfront destination. With over 28+ years of massage therapy experience, a background in massage education and a genuine belief that great practitioners are grown, not just hired. Here, you'll be trusted, supported, and given room to do your best work.

Your Team & Support Structure

You'll be mentored by our esthetic team lead, Stacy Vecchi, LE, LMT a certified Esthetician & Massage Therapist. Known for her calming presence and therapeutic touch, Stacy blends her esthetic training with years of massage experience to create facial experiences that are both relaxing and thoughtfully customized. Missy remains actively involved and accessible to all staff. Together they've built a genuine community of learning: monthly team meetings keep everyone connected and quarterly department sessions are dedicated entirely to field enrichment: sharpening skills, sharing what's working and evolving together as practitioners.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional esthetic services. Build real client relationships. Educate clients on the value of consistent treatment and products they can use at home between sessions. Keep accurate session notes. Do great work in a space built to support it.

What We're Looking For

• Valid PA Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Someone who values educating clientele on the benefits of using skincare products at home
• Strong communicator who genuinely connects with clients
• Confidence communicating with clients during consulation, session and beyond
• Someone who wants to grow, not just clock in

Preferred (not required)

• Experience in spa setting
• Background in customer service

• $22-30/hr base rate + additional income for service upgrades+ gratuity
• Part-time | Evenings & Weekends | Flexible scheduling
