- Make outbound calls to connect with prospective customers and share State Farm Insurance products and services
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering the right customer information
- Stay up to date on State Farm offerings so you can clearly explain benefits to customers
- Provide helpful initial information and answer basic questions about insurance options
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions to ensure strong tracking and follow-up

- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport
- A basic understanding of insurance (or a willingness to learn quickly and grow your knowledge)
