We are seeking an Electrical Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Order Entry
- Customer Service
- Provide order status for customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Confirming customer pricing on all new purchase orders
- Submit Quotes for customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
