About the Role:
Join Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning as an Aide or Teacher, where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Support children in daily activities, fostering independence and self-confidence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Observe and assess children’s development and behavior, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
