Line Cook – High-Volume Irish Pub (Downtown)

Red Leprechaun Irish Pub is hiring a dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a fast-paced, high-volume Irish pub serving elevated pub food in the heart of downtown. This role is for someone who shows up, works clean, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do

• Execute menu items consistently during high-volume service
• Follow recipes, specs, and prep lists accurately
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teams
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Line cook experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes exactly
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and evening availability required
