Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the impact windows and doors industry (required).
- Existing book of business/customer portfolio is a must.
- Strong relationships with developers, general contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
- Proven track record of generating sales and closing projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
