Hardscape Field Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent with Hardscape experience:

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with Field Operations Manager & Project Manager as Projects are awarded

· Participate in the Internal/Client construction coordination meetings

· Supervise field crews

· Supervise field issued construction plan process

· Coordination of subcontractors

· Provide current information for project scheduling and billing

· Assist in ordering and coordinate with material suppliers

· Direct/implement Safety First at all job sites

· Review project scheduling with field personnel

· Look-ahead of field crews to foresee any potential delays

· Coordinate field inspection with utility authorities/municipalities

· Assist in preparation of project closeout documentation

Qualifications:

· 5 years experience in Field Superintendent Procedures

· Good computer skills

· Excellent communication skills

· M.O.T. certification a plus

· Must have a good driving record
