Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting

Background check completed and cleared

CDA in Infant/Toddler Care is preferred (or in progress)
- Solid understanding of infant developmental milestones
- A team player with excellent communication and reliability
- Passion for providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants
- Creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment
- Planning engaging activities that promote infant growth and learning
- Following daily routines that meet infants' physical and emotional needs
- Communicating openly and positively with families
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
