CNC Beam Saw Operator

The CNC Beam Saw Operator is responsible for the precise and efficient operation of CNC beam saw machinery, primarily handling wood materials. We are looking for an individual who has either operated a CNC Beam Saw machine or a 2-axis CNC machine for our Buford location. This individual plays a key role in ensuring cutting accuracy and maintaining safety standards independently within the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC beam saw machines or a 2-axis CNC machine for production runs
• Handle and prepare wood materials for cutting
• Operate CNC machinery to perform beam saw cutting
• Ensure cutting accuracy to meet specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work area
• Monitor production progress and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine operation

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in CNC operation
