Branch Sales and Service Manager

Co-manages all branch functions with the Branch Retail Operations Manager. Responsible for consumer business development, and growing loans and deposits. Assists with underwriting, documentation, and disbursement of certain consumer loans within established lending limit. Promotes business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services.

Major Duties, Responsibilities, Activities:

• Develops and manages own loan portfolio to ensure profitable growth while protecting the Bank’s interest
• Responsible for processing assigned loans from application to closing
• Seeks new business by developing relationships with individual and business customers.
• Manages the sales process within the branch.
• Provides customer service assistance when appropriate.
• Monitors customer feedback and address concerns promptly.
• Keeps educated on all deposit, business, and consumer loan products.
• Assesses training needs for branch staff on current bank products and services
• Promotes the Bank in positive ways by participating in local civic and trade groups.
• Builds community relationships and drives customer retention for the bank.
• Serves as backup in managing the activities of the branch office including directing tellers, customer service representatives and other branch staff.
• Complies with all state and federal banking laws, policies and procedures regarding BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
