What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Kitchen: Supervise/Lead our talented cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Menu Magic: Collaborate with our chefs to create delicious and innovative menu items that wow our guests.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety to ensure every dish is a hit.
• Inventory Whiz: Manage supplies and inventory, making sure we have everything we need to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Team Spirit: Foster a positive work environment, mentoring and training staff to help them grow and succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for food and culinary creativity
• Previous kitchen management experience (1+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and a knack for teamwork
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
