What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Caterpillar heavy equipment at customer job sites.
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine repairs.
- Complete inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment rebuilds.
- Utilize Caterpillar diagnostic tools and service technology.
- Handle complex repairs with limited supervision.
- Mentor and support other technicians within the service department.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
