IN HOME CAREGIVER WITH BIG HEART PAID WEEKLY

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Spanish speaking caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This is a part-time position for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
• • Bathing and personal hygiene
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Toileting and incontinence care (if needed)
  • Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Prepare light meals and encourage hydration
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification is a plus but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check (preferred)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion and heart for caregiving with leadership skills for employee support. Must be a self educator who likes to problem solve.
